Sensa vs. Vegan

First question: Would you rather use Sensa or go vegan? With Sensa, all you're doing is eating whatever you want and sprinkling white powder on your food. As a vegan, it seems like you're eating whatever you want, but the vegan foods (such as desserts, pizzas, or burgers) you're eating has less calories than the original.
According to the media, the Sensa company got sued approximately $800,000 for "false advertisement". Real reason was because there was NO scientific evidence. Seriously, how can you make a weight-loss product without scientific evidence? It has to be tested out first before you advertise it. It ain't that hard. If it WAS tested out, then maybe the participants lost less than thirty pounds.
My definition of going vegan is substituting meat, as well as junk food. Vegan versions of desserts has less calories than the original, as well as the vegan version of pizzas and tofu. For instance, the original doughnut has about 200 calories, whereas the vegan version has 194.6. You are trying to help yourself lose weight by eating healthy; therefore you would chose the vegan version instead of using Sensa.
